Help & Quick Reference

Listing a Property

How do I list my property?
Click List Property in the navigation. You'll need to create an account or sign in first. Only a title is required to save a draft — you can complete the details before publishing.
What's the difference between Save Draft and Publish?
Save Draft stores your progress privately — the listing is not visible to the public. Publish Listing makes it live on North Texas Properties once all required fields are complete.
Can I edit a listing after publishing?
Yes. Use Update Listing at any time. The listing stays visible while you make changes.
Is listing free?
List your property for free during our launch period.
